MultiPlug Event Log copy via Serial Connection

A Walkthrough of copying an event log from one instance of MultiPlug to another using a Serial connection between the two. File and Ports Extensions are used to create this configuration. In this situation a Manufacturing screen printer was used to create the event log which was copied to the laptop. This simple example could now be extended by parsing the event log for information before triggering actions based upon what is read.

We will be attending the China Innovation Hub event where Professor Hongnian Yu will be giving a talk on Industry 4.0 from the Chinese viewpoint and how businesses can engage with strategic advice and training support for doing business in China.
4th - 5th April 2017, Manchester UK at the Manchester Central Convention Complex.

The first two day summit will bring together a number of key stakeholders to discuss the rollout of Industry 4.0 technologies and hurdles that need to be overcome. Luke Walsh, Managing Director of our development partner Brainboxes will be a speaker on day 2, as well as Ian Funnell, Managing Director of ABB.

For those seeking research funding Innovate UK will have a central booth fielding application question with Zoe Webster, Head of Resource Portfolio, being a speaker around the general topic of funding.
